What does The Sonne Haus offer?
The Sonne Haus is a private remote energy practice offering Holy Fire® Reiki–based sessions held with structure, restraint, and energetic integrity. The current offering set is a four-tier ladder designed for:
  • micro resets for acute activation
  • single-session relational recalibration
  • multi-day structural intensives
  • private immersion for comprehensive field work
This work is not predictive and is not offered as fortune telling.
Do I need to be on a call or video?
No. All sessions are conducted remotely with no call, no live appointment, and no ongoing chat. Delivery is provided digitally via the email address used at checkout.
How do sessions begin?
After purchase, you’ll be directed to the required intake form. Your service timeline begins once the intake is submitted. This keeps the work precise and prevents back-and-forth.
When will my session be performed?
Sessions are completed within designated service windows rather than fixed appointment times. Delivery days are Monday / Wednesday / Friday unless otherwise stated on the product page.
What will I receive?
Deliverables depend on the tier you purchase and are outlined on each product page. In general, this practice is intentionally contained: written delivery is concise, structured, and aligned to the stated scope.
What does “relational field” mean?
“Relational field” refers to the energetic patterning that forms between people over time. This can include romantic partnerships, marriage, family dynamics, friendships, and professional relationships. The work focuses on restoring clarity, boundary integrity, and internal steadiness within that patterning.

Scope, Boundaries & Consent

Is this therapy, coaching, or medical care?
No. This is a spiritual and energetic support service offered within a belief-based framework. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Do you guarantee outcomes?
No. Outcomes vary based on timing, circumstances, and individual responsiveness. This work supports alignment and recalibration, but it does not guarantee specific relational outcomes or external changes.
Do you work on another person without consent?
No. This practice does not perform work intended to control, override, or interfere with another person’s will. The focus remains on your energetic field, clarity, and boundaries.
Can I purchase a session as a gift?
Yes—only with the recipient’s knowledge and consent. If purchasing as a gift, include the recipient’s full name and email, and confirm that they are open to receiving the session.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Offerings are intended for adults 18+.

Policies

Are sales final?
Yes. Due to the time-based and experiential nature of remote energetic services, all sales are final. If you’re unsure about fit, please reach out before purchasing.
What if I submit my intake late?
Your delivery window begins after the intake is received. If your intake is delayed, your session will be placed into the next available service window.
Can I ask questions before booking?
Yes. For brief pre-purchase questions, use the contact form. Messages are reviewed regularly within service windows.
Why is availability limited?
Availability is limited to preserve depth, precision, and energetic integrity. This practice prioritizes contained delivery and consistent standards over high volume.
