What is Holy Fire® Reiki?
Holy Fire® Reiki is a form of energy healing that builds on the traditional Usui Reiki system, which originated in Japan with Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. Passed down through generations of dedicated practitioners, this lineage honors the sacred roots of Reiki while evolving to meet the energetic needs of the present day.
Holy Fire® is a newer expression of this ancient healing art. Introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), that channels a high-frequency, divinely guided energy known for its purity, intelligence, and deeply transformative nature. It works gently yet powerfully to heal on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
I am trained and certified in Holy Fire® Reiki through this direct Usui lineage, under the standards set by the ICRT. This means the energy I work with is not only attuned through sacred initiations, but also carries the integrity, wisdom, and divine connection that has been preserved through generations.
Unlike hands-on Reiki, Holy Fire® energy flows remotely and continues to work long after the session is complete. It meets you exactly where you are, when you need it most.
Will I feel anything during the session?
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or even receive intuitive insight. Others simply feel calm, relaxed, or sleepy, and that’s just as powerful. Whether you notice something dramatic or subtle, the energy is still working. Trust that your body and spirit are receiving what they need.
What do I need to do to receive the session?
You don’t need to do anything special to receive this session. The energy knows exactly where to go and what to support, whether you’re awake or asleep, resting or busy with your day. It transcends time and space, meeting you wherever you are, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. That said, if you do wish to create a quiet space to tune in, you’re welcome to. Some clients enjoy lighting a candle, listening to calming music, or journaling afterward, but none of that is required. Simply be open to receiving. The work will happen, even if you're not consciously aware of it.
How are the energy sessions delivered?
All energy sessions are performed remotely and delivered intuitively, meaning you don’t need to be on a call or video chat. After your session is complete, you’ll receive a written report (via email or your chosen format) with insights, messages, or energetic impressions that came through for you.
How will I receive my digital ritual or guide?
As soon as your order is processed, you’ll receive a download link via email or your customer account. Each ritual guide is thoughtfully written and designed to be used at your own pace. You can print it or save it to your phone, tablet, or computer for easy access during your practice.
What if I’m new to energy work?
Beautiful! This is a great place to start. All offerings are created to be gentle, accessible, and safe for beginners. You don’t need to have prior experience with Reiki, meditation, or ritual work. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
How do I use spiritual tools like aura sprays or ritual kits?
Each product comes with simple, intuitive instructions. Aura sprays can be used on the auric field around your body (not directly on the skin), or in any space to shift energy, clear heaviness, and create a sense of renewal. Ritual baths, kits, shower steamers, or items like protective bundles are meant to support your intention. Use them during meditation, cleansing, or anytime you want to reconnect with your energy.
