Shipping & Processing Policy

The shipment of your product is our highest priority. Every day, we dispatch hundreds of orders to satisfied customers across the globe. Please note that because some of our warehouses are internationally based, shipping and handling times can vary and we are unable to offer next-day delivery at this time.

Processing Time:

Once your payment is received, we immediately begin processing your order. This includes order verification, tailoring (if applicable), quality checks, and careful packaging. This process typically takes 1–4 business days.

Shipping Time:

Shipping time refers to the period after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Most items arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination. However, some specialty items (particularly jewelry) may take up to 30 days to arrive. 

Tracking Information:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment directly from our website at any time. Please note that while most shipping partners provide tracking services, we cannot guarantee tracking availability in all cases.
