PHYSICAL ITEMS — REFUND POLICY
Report issues within 7 days. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

START A RETURN
Email thesonnehaus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligible refund or replacement requests are handled case-by-case to ensure the best resolution.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them (unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact thesonnehaus@gmail.com.

Please note: Due to global fulfillment partners and made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.


DIGITAL & ENERGETIC SERVICES — NO REFUND POLICY
All energy sessions are nonrefundable once scheduled. Due to the intangible nature of energetic services, preparation and energetic transmission are considered to begin upon scheduling and cannot be reversed, paused, or resold.

By purchasing an energy session, you acknowledge that energetic services are subjective and experiential in nature, results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
