The Sonne Haus is a space born at the crossroads of healing, wisdom, and ritual. With over a decade devoted to the healing arts, I bring together practical skill and intuitive knowing. As a certified Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, my work is centered on helping others reclaim their power and return to the truth of who they are.

Based in Sedona, Arizona, an ancient land long revered for its energy vortexes and transformative power, The Sonne Haus is both grounded by the earth and attuned to the unseen.

At the core of my work is the understanding that everything is energy. When we learn to consciously interact with that field, we begin to shift both our inner and outer realities. So often, healing is seen as just fixing what’s broken. True healing, on a quantum level, will shift the deeper patterns that no longer serve us. When we can attune to a new frequency, we begin to rewire the mind, recalibrate the nervous system, and create space for a new reality to take root. It’s both energetic and biological.
